The quest for clarity

Your search for emotional relief has brought you here.

Why isn’t there a manual for living your best life? Why can’t I figure out what I want and know how to make it happen?

You might feel confused and overwhelmed. Everyday tasks seem impossible.

Together, we can deepen your understanding and increase your clarity by exploring your past, your present, your thoughts, your feelings.

What if I told you it doesn’t have to be like this? We can replace those negative thoughts with focus and a clear plan.

That’s what therapy’s all about…

You’re worth it – you can do this

Life is hard. We all have different experiences, and the journey to new beginnings can start right now.

Together, I’ll help you take control of your emotion, and we’ll work through your anxiety and depression.

How does therapy work?

Perhaps you just need that little push, some accountability support. A listening ear to help you solve problems and achieve goals.

A safe, nurturing, and validating environment can give you that push you need to start taking accountability for yourself, to solve your own problems, to set and meet your goals –

To live the life you’ve been dreaming of…

About Me

As a therapist, I’ll validate and support you.

I take a direct approach to therapy. While I value my education, my goal is to leave the technical talk in the classroom and help you to understand the therapeutic process with more accessible language.

I want to do more than hear your story; I want to help you create a blueprint for solving your own problems.

Through my career, my training, and my own personal experiences, I’ve learned that emotional wellness involves more than just simply talking about your feelings.

We’ll take a holistic approach to your treatment, assessing the physical, social, spiritual, and psychological aspects of your life.

When all these areas are thriving, that’s the moment you’ll reach your optimal self!

I earned my undergraduate business degree from Tulane University and had a career in retail analysis. Something inside of me knew there was more to life.

I wanted to help people – and in a big way.

After I got married, I made the second-best decision of my life and went back to get my master’s in Social Work at Fordham University. I now live in Westchester with my husband and two kids.

When I have free time, which is rare, I love binge-watching reality TV!
