Depression

What depression feels like

We’ve all had our share of bad days, but depression is different.

Depression robs joy from you. You struggle to get out of bed in the morning, contemplating if you should stay there all day. You can’t figure out how to get better – you just want to make it through your day.

You feel alone, isolated, and helpless on a consistent basis.

Is it sadness or depression?

Have you stopped doing the things you used to love? Has it been a while since you’ve seen your friends or family?

Are you really busy or do you just want to be alone?

You might be depressed. It’s normal to feel sad sometimes, but depression drains you of your energy. Everyday things become unbearable.

Today is your day

You are stronger than this. You are not your illness. Together, I’ll help you take back your life and reclaim what’s yours!

Therapy has been found to be highly effective and even comparative to anti-depressants. We’ll use therapy, mindfulness strategies, stress techniques, and more to get you out of this rut.

Healing is a choice

Deciding to make a change is scary.

Sometimes, the only way to the other side is to move through what’s happening.
